Delete your Pay By QR account

You can delete your account in the Pay By QR app or on the web.

In the app

Open Settings → Profile → Delete Account and follow the steps.

On the web

Sign in at paybyqr.com.au, open Settings → Profile → Delete Account, and follow the steps.

What we delete and retain

When you delete your account, we close it and remove access. We also remove the mobile device registrations and app access tokens linked to your account.

As an AUSTRAC-registered business, we are required to retain certain customer due diligence and transaction records:

• Customer due diligence records are generally retained for seven years after our business relationship ends.
• Transaction records are generally retained for seven years from the date the record was created.

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from your account email address and ask us to delete your account.
